![]() ![]() I had a look through the XML file and everything looks fine so I don’t know why the native Autocorrect didn’t work as expected, but I’m going to chalk it up to a preview version of Office 2016 and the newly installed Windows 10. Outlook 2016 now opens my profile fine and everything works as expected. It can fix many problems for you, or it can tell you how to fix them yourself. Support and Recovery Assistant works by running tests to figure out what’s wrong. On the log in interface, click Reset password. It would hang on the Autodiscover portion indefinitely. After the password reset disk is created, plug it to the PC that you need to reset the password.
